Bringing more than 26 years of real estate experience and a global perspective, Emma Farnham serves as Director of Operations for The Doug Harden Group. Originally from London, England, she understands firsthand the complexities of relocation and provides thoughtful guidance to clients navigating major life transitions.
Emma began her real estate career as an onsite sales agent in Atlanta before transitioning into operations leadership, where she has spent more than a decade overseeing the systems, processes, and client experience that support a high-performing luxury real estate business. From listing preparation and marketing coordination to contract management and closing, she ensures each transaction progresses smoothly and efficiently.
For more than eight years, Emma has worked closely alongside Doug Harden, playing an integral role in supporting buyers and sellers throughout Milton, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Cumming, and the greater North Atlanta market. A licensed REALTOR®, she is known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate client needs at every stage of the transaction.
