About Emma Farnham

Originally from London, England, and have been living in the States for 26 years. My mother was born here and moved back to England. I always had this fascination with America and decided to make it my home. I followed my heart and never looked back! I fell into real estate whilst working in property management in 1999, and it has been my passion ever since. I have bought and sold many investment properties, been a landlord, and was an onsite sales agent with Coldwell Banker for 10 years in town.

I currently reside in Alpharetta with my husband and two daughters. I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my gorgeous golden retriever mix, Lucy. Being on my social committee keeps me very busy. I love taking long walks, interior design, trying new restaurants, driveway Fridays with neighbors, traveling, gardening, wine, and Big Canoe. I try to go back to England to visit family each year, and when they come here to visit us, we love that they stay for a month!

My job is to support my team leader and our agents with the Harden Group. I thrive in the contract to close and listing process and maintain an excellent customer service experience for our buyers and sellers. I ensure every client feels like they are my top priority, and, inevitably, they become repeat clients over the years. I am also a licensed agent and sell a few homes each year to family and friends.
