What we do know is that rates are predicted to have hit their peak, and we are settling into a healthier and more normalized market.

If you purchased a home in 2022, friendly reminder that you may be eligible for Homestead Exemption on the home you purchased.
If you used the home as your primary residence in 2022 then you're most likely able to take advantage of the discount that will lower the amount of taxes you owe each year. You must apply by April 1st.
Apply for the exemption with the county. It's relatively simple and doesn't cost anything.
